You have then been connected to the leading network of airports in northern Italy, reaching Milan via the tunnel.

French Riviera in Winter

Visiting the French Riviera in the winter is something that people do every year. However, if you are planning a skiing holiday in the French Riviera in the coming winter months, you may wish to rethink your plans as the snow may not be on the ground. The resorts may still not be operational.

For most of the skiing season (from about May until September), the snow is not expected in the ski areas of the French Riviera. However, there are some ski resorts in France that open up between September and January, providing you with a nice escape from the snow for your visit to the French Riviera in the winter.

French Riviera in Summer

When visiting the French Riviera in the summer, the scene is very different. The climate is quite hot and the skies are blue and sparkling.
